These people have no idea about its history

80% of cost of eiffel tower was paid by one person, guy called eiffel

And the whole statue of liberty..

was a gift to USA

USA taxpayer didn't pay anything for it

only 20% money was from government

And this statue in brazil now..

The complete cost of it was paid by chruch

which came from voluntary donations

So none of these statues can be compared with shivaji statue
